Delete account

You can delete your Life Counter account two ways.

In the app

1. Open Life Counter.
2. Tap the profile icon (bottom right).
3. "Edit profile" → at the bottom, "Delete account".
4. Confirm.

Immediate — all cloud data is removed within seconds.

By email

If you can't get into the app (forgotten password, lost device), email:

Subject: Delete account

In the body, please include the email address you signed in with.

We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm via email.

What gets deleted

• Player profiles
• Match history
• Profile picture
• App settings
• Authentication data

What's retained

Consumer protection laws require us to keep purchase records (e.g. "Ad-Free" purchase) for up to 6 months. This data is anonymized (no connection to your email or profile) and is auto-deleted afterwards.
